Terms and Conditions
I. Basic Provisions
1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) are issued in accordance with § 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code of the Czech Republic (hereinafter the “Civil Code”).

(hereinafter the “Seller”)
2. These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations of the Seller and a natural person who concludes a purchase contract either as a consumer or in the course of business (hereinafter the “Buyer”) via the website www.miolka.cz (hereinafter the “Online Shop”).
3. Any provisions in the purchase contract differing from these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
4. The purchase contract and these Terms and Conditions are concluded in the Czech language.
II. Information on Goods and Prices
1. Information about goods, including prices and their main characteristics, is provided with each product in the Online Shop. Prices are listed in Czech crowns (CZK) and include value added tax (VAT) and all related charges.
2. Prices remain valid as long as they are displayed in the Online Shop.
3. The presentation of goods in the Online Shop is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer by the Seller.
4. Shipping costs to EU countries outside the Czech Republic are calculated and displayed during the order process.
III. Order and Conclusion of Contract
1. The Buyer may place an order via a customer account or by filling in the order form without registration.
2. The purchase contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed by the Seller via email.
3. For custom-made products (e.g. based on the Buyer’s measurements), the Buyer is obliged to provide accurate data. Complaints arising from incorrect information provided by the Buyer cannot be accepted.
IV. Customer Account
1. By registering in the Online Shop, the Buyer may create a customer account. Orders can also be placed without registration.
V. Payment and Delivery
1. The Buyer may pay the purchase price using the following methods:
- bank transfer to the Seller’s account,
- online by credit or debit card,
- Google Pay or Apple Pay.
2. For custom-made products, advance payment is required before production begins.
3. Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer or to a collection point selected by the Buyer.
VI. Withdrawal from the Contract
1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order according to the Buyer’s specifications (custom-made products).
VII. Warranty and Complaints
1. The Seller is liable to the Buyer that the goods are free from defects at the time of receipt.
2. The Buyer may file a complaint within 24 months of receipt of the goods, unless it concerns discounted goods due to defects or goods with limited durability.

VIII. Communication
1. All communication between the Seller and the Buyer is carried out electronically via the email address provided in the order or customer account.
IX. Alternative Dispute Resolution
1. Consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission.
2. The competent authority in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
3. Consumers in their respective EU countries may also contact their local consumer protection authority.
X. Final Provisions
1. All contractual relationships between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the Buyer’s country of residence.
2. These Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Seller. The version valid at the time of conclusion of the purchase contract shall apply.
These Terms and Conditions take effect on 1 September 2025.
