📏 How to choose the right size:

1. Arm circumference: measure with a tailor's tape measure at the spot where you wear the sensor.

2. Sleeve length: measure the sensor length and add 3–5 cm extra (e.g., sensor 5 cm → sleeve 8–10 cm).

💡 Tip: The sleeve will stretch slightly over time – if it feels tight at first, that's okay. Just use it a few times and it will adapt.
