We send the voucher only electronically by e-mail, so it cannot be purchased together with goods delivered by a carrier.
Would you like other products too? Please place two separate orders – one for the voucher and one for the other goods.
The voucher (PDF) is issued in Czech. The code can be redeemed in all language versions of the shop on all products except gift vouchers.

Perhaps there is no one with diabetes around you. You can still brighten someone's day. Miolka gift vouchers can be part of corporate giving, charity projects and events for children and adults with diabetes.

- Hospitals and diabetes clinics: vouchers for patients by prior arrangement.

We will also be happy to discuss handing over vouchers through a suitable hospital or organisation. Handover always depends on prior arrangement.

What language is the voucher in?
The voucher (PDF) is issued in Czech. The code, however, works in all language versions of the Miolka shop.
What can the voucher be used for?
For all products from Miolka except gift vouchers.
Can I print the voucher?
Yes, you can print the voucher at home or give it in digital form.
How long is the voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for 365 days from issue. The exact expiry date will be shown on the issued voucher.
What if the purchase costs more than the voucher?
The recipient pays the difference using one of the available payment methods.
Can the voucher be used for several purchases?
The voucher is for single use only. Any unused amount is not carried over to another order.
Can I buy vouchers for a company or a hospital?
Yes, you can order several vouchers. Each will have its own unique code. For larger orders and charitable giving options, write to info@miolka.cz.
