Returns / Right of Withdrawal
If you bought a standard stock item from me, you as a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
When you can withdraw from the contract
If the purchase contract was concluded via the online shop, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day the goods are received.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send me the notice of withdrawal no later than the last day of this period.
How to proceed
- First, write to me at info@miolka.cz.
- Please include the order number and the name of the returned item in your message.
- After we have agreed, I will send you instructions for the return.
- Please do not send the goods back without contacting me by email first.

Condition of returned goods
- the goods should be clean and complete,
- in their original packaging where possible,
- free of signs of use beyond normal trying on.
If the goods were handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the refunded amount may be reduced.
When withdrawal is not possible
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to products that were:
- made to the customer's specifications,
- adjusted according to parameters entered by the customer,
- personalised to the customer's needs.
At Miolka, this applies in particular to products sewn to measure or adjusted according to parameters chosen when ordering, such as circumference, type of fastening, type of pocket, window, orientation or other individually entered options.
Refunds
If the withdrawal is valid, I will refund you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal, all payments received, including delivery costs up to the amount of the cheapest delivery option offered.
I refund by the same method the payment was received, unless we agree otherwise. I may withhold the refund until I have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent.
Cost of returning the goods
The customer pays the cost of sending the returned goods back.
Business purchases
The 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason applies to consumers. If the order was placed with a company ID as part of a business activity, this right does not apply under consumer protection rules.
